Clearing a Table in Word without deleting the Table itself

If you need to delete the contents of all the cells in a table, just select the table and press the [DELETE] button (not [BACKSPACE]).

This will only delete the contents, leaving the Table structure intact. 

Pressing [BACKSPACE] will delete the text and also the table.
